To acquire excellent students from Japan and abroad and make them plan and carry out unique research independently, thereby developing them into individuals who have a doctoral degree and can play an active role in international community, we provide financial support such as RA salary and overseas travel support to excellent graduate students who are selected for the Program. The amount of allowance is determined by GP-EES program committee based on the Support System for International Collaborative Degree Programs, Tohoku University. Students who are receiving other financial assistance are required to contact us.
*Those who are approved to join GP-EES should apply for JSPS Research Fellowship for Young Scientists (DC) in principle, except for those who wish to take double degree.
